Barbie is making waves as Margot Robbie brings the iconic Mattel doll to life in the upcoming film “Barbie”, alongside Ryan Gosling, who plays the charming Ken.
Meanwhile, Australia’s “human Barbie,” Tara McConachy, takes a different approach. Unlike Robbie’s portrayal of a natural beauty, McConachy embraces extensive cosmetic enhancements and openly shares that, despite doctors’ warnings, she remains determined to pursue her vision of perfection.
After investing over $200,000 in facial and body enhancements, 33-year-old Tara McConachy, whose dramatic transformations have left some fans stunned, continues her quest for the elusive “wow factor.”
Part of a growing global trend, McConachy is among millions striving for their version of perfection. Standing at 5’7” and weighing just 100 pounds—including her implants and fillers—the self-proclaimed “Australia’s Limited Edition Barbie Doll” has undergone five breast augmentations, six nose surgeries, vibrant green eye color changes, cheek and butt implants, and countless Botox and filler treatments.
Tara McConachy proudly shares her body measurements—37-17-29—which she claims are close to perfection. For comparison, a real-life Barbie would stand 5’9” (in heels) with measurements of 39-18-33.
McConachy’s journey into plastic surgery began at 20 when her father, wanting her to be happy, gifted her breast and lip enhancements for her birthday.
“After I had the procedure, it was almost like a feeling of euphoria came over me and I was just hooked,” she confessed. “I am obsessed with the industry of aesthetics, it’s just everything I think about. Like, I eat, I breathe, I dream about it. If you can modify your body, why not?”
She added with a laugh, “Anywhere you can put filler, I will literally put it in my face.”
Jayne, a cosmetic nurse and Instagram model, has revealed that several doctors have turned her away, refusing to further enhance her already massive breasts. Undeterred, she came up with a new plan and appeared on season six of *Botched* with renowned Hollywood surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif.
“I’m on a quest for a bigger chest,” ayne declared on the show. “I just love attention so I thought getting plastic surgery and having bigger boobs–that’s going to be the wow factor, it’s going to be exactly what I need.”
However, the doctors tactfully explained that her “very low body fat” and dangerously low BMI (body mass index) made further procedures risky and inadvisable.
“I have about five doctors,” Jayne admitted. “So if one says no, I’ll go to any of the other four. And if they say no I’ll just get someone else.” She acknowledged frequently hearing that her body fat is too low for additional procedures but shared her perspective: “I see food as a means of survival, not enjoyment. Though I’ll admit, I can be a bit extreme at times.”
Jayne, who once had around 1000cc implants in her breasts, reduced them to 540cc after experiencing back problems. However, by the time she appeared on Botched, she was eager to increase their size once again.
“You put 1000cc on that body?” Dr. Dubrow asked in disbelief, eyeing her petite frame.
Both Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif declined to perform further surgery, citing serious health concerns.“You (got to) gain some weight…I’m worried about your health,”Dr. Nassif said, emphasizing his concern not just for her physical well-being but also her mental health.
Despite being turned down in Hollywood, Jayne remains undeterred. According to the Daily Mail, she plans to travel to Turkey later this year to pursue her goal of increasing her breast size.
“…There’s always improvements that can be made, which is why I’m heading to Turkey for another round of surgeries. With me, it’s not a case of less is more. It’s the more, the better.” Jayne explained. “I’m not happy with my breasts. In my eyes, they’re too small. That’s why I want them enlarged from 1050cc to 1500cc. They will look great once that is done.”
Recent posts on her Instagram suggest that Jayne, who funds her augmentations through an account offering exclusive content to fans, has already undergone her latest breast enlargement procedure.
