At 62 years of age, Carol Vorderman recently celebrated an astounding four decades in broadcasting, logging more than 10,000 episodes on programs such as the British game show Countdown, the morning broadcast Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and ITV’s This Morning.
This gorgeous blonde is more than just beautiful; she is exceptionally bright.

When she isn’t captivating television audiences, the former Have I Got News for You host spends her time sweating it out in the fitness center, keeping her spectacular shape intact.
“When we were younger, women in their 60s weren’t really encouraged to exercise,” Vorderman explained in a chat with HELLO! magazine. “As you get older, it’s vital to include weight training, stretching, and squats in your regimen. If you stop for even a brief period, your body feels it. Because my career is in a visual medium, I must pay closer attention to how I look—much like other women in comparable positions—even if it isn’t always something we want to focus on.”
Not long ago, she uploaded some mirror selfies from the gym, flaunting her curves in a chic grey crop top and form-fitting leggings.
In her caption, Vorderman stated: “Five gym sessions this week. It feels amazing to get back into the routine. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, walking a lot, and enjoying fresh air… this is truly my happy place.”

The images showed a glowing Vorderman pumping iron and doing cable rope curls, highlighting her voluptuous frame.
Followers enthusiastically complimented her appearance. One person wrote, “Fountain of youth! You look so youthful,” while another simply referred to her as “Supervorders.”
Others used the opportunity to drop cheeky comments: “There’s no way I could keep up with you, but I’d love to try,” said one, while another joked, “I think I need to rewatch the third one a few more times to master the technique.”
A third follower, referencing her circle of admirers, stated, “What a way to spend a weekend with a special friend.”
This post appeared shortly after Dermot O’Leary, her This Morning co-host, cracked a playful joke regarding her dating life.
Vorderman, who wasn’t present on the broadcast that day, was an effortless target for the 50-year-old comedian and former The X Factor UK host.

His co-presenter Alison Hammond broke into laughter when O’Leary flawlessly delivered a quip about Vorderman’s “10-year-long no strings-attached relationships with various men, whom she affectionately refers to as her ‘special friends.’”
While encouraging the audience to phone in for a chat with astrologer Hagan Fox for star-based advice, a female caller—who admitted she was seeing three different men—rang in for guidance on what she termed “a bit of a love square.”
Chuckling, Hammond inquired, “Did you just say love square?”
Dermot interjected, “You wouldn’t happen to be Carol Vorderman, would you?”
Vorderman, famous for her candor regarding her private affairs as an ex-host of Loose Women, had previously explained in a media interview that dating multiple men suits her perfectly, as she isn’t actively seeking serious love.

Following her 2007 split from reporter Des Kelly, Vorderman—who was wed to Christopher Mather between 1985 and 1986, and then to Patrick King (the father of her two kids) from 1990 to 2000—has fully embraced her single independence.
“I’m not really interested in getting married again or living with a man. I don’t want to have to take care of someone all the time. It’s time to challenge the outdated belief that one person should fulfill all your needs in life. That’s just unrealistic.”
Describing herself as someone who doesn’t experience jealousy, Vorderman revealed that her companions are unattached men who are also free to see other people, stressing that “there’s no harm being done. It’s a joyful way to live.”
“They don’t know each other, but they’re aware of the situation. It’s a very open and honest arrangement,” she explained regarding the five guys she calls her “special friends.” “One has been a friend for 11 years, another for seven. My kids, Katie, 31, and Cameron, 25, are familiar with most of them.”
