This story discusses Neal and Jeremiah, two adorable dogs, who were homeless when they arrived at the high-euthanasia shelter in Texas.
The two dogs came to the shelter individually, but upon sighting Neal, Jeremiah crawled over and lay on him.
Stacey Silverstein, the creator of Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, remarked that the dogs provided solace to each other, as they perceived themselves to be in peril.
Had it not been for Silverstein’s intervention, the two young dogs would have perished, given that being in a high-euthanasia shelter often leads to being put down. Jagger, an additional canine, was also saved from the shelter.
